Resources / FAQ

Questions people actually ask before working with us.

No sales-speak. If the honest answer is “it depends,” that's what we'll say.

How do you typically start a new engagement?
A 20–30 minute call where we ask about where it hurts — budget, timeline, or a skill gap — and tell you honestly whether we're a fit. If we are, we scope the work together before any commitment.
What does “certified before we start” actually mean?
Every consultant on your engagement already holds the Salesforce credential for the cloud they're working in — Administrator, Platform Developer, CPQ Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and so on. You're not paying us to learn on your project.
Do you work on fixed-fee projects, staff augmentation, or retainers?
All three: Dedicated Resource (a named developer, team lead, or architect embedded with your team monthly), Project-Based (fixed scope and timeline, scoped after discovery), or Managed Retainer (ongoing support sized to your actual ticket volume). We'll recommend the shape that fits the work.
How is pricing structured?
Scoped individually after a discovery call — by role and seniority for staff-augmentation work, or fixed scope for project work. We don't publish a public rate card, but we're upfront about numbers once we understand the engagement.
We already have a Salesforce partner or in-house admin. Why would we need you?
You might not — if what you have is working, we'll tell you that. We typically get called in for a specific gap: a cloud nobody in-house is certified in, a project that needs to move faster than internal capacity allows, or a second opinion on an org that's grown without a plan.
Our Salesforce org is a mess after years of ad hoc changes. Can you fix that without a full rebuild?
Usually, yes. Our Manufacturing case study is exactly this — we redesigned the org's architecture around real business-function objectives under a tight budget, without a rip-and-replace. A full rebuild is sometimes the right call, but it's rarely the first option we reach for.
How long does a typical implementation take?
It depends entirely on scope — a Sales Cloud process cleanup might take a few weeks; a multi-cloud portal build like our Energy & Utilities case study is a longer engagement. We give a real timeline after discovery, not before.
How does overflow delivery work — will your name show up in front of our client?
No. We work as an extension of your delivery team, not a competing brand in front of your client. You own the relationship; we do the work behind the scenes.
What size firms do you typically support?
Salesforce consulting partners roughly 5–100 employees, across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and EU, who need extra capacity or a specific skill (Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud) without adding headcount.
How fast can you plug in once we decide to work together?
After a short scoping call to understand the engagement, we typically plug in within days, not weeks — there's no long onboarding process on our side.
How do you handle data access and confidentiality during an engagement?
We work under your NDA and access controls, inside your sandbox or production environment, according to your governance rules.

Still have a question?

If the honest answer is “it depends,” we'll say that on a call — no sales-speak.
